It can be very frustrating if your country is against some of the websites and your ISP has blocked the access to some of your favorite websites. However, even though your ISP has blocked such sites, there are still many ways by which you can easily access those websites.
Recently in India, many censored content sites are blocked by ISPs after the Govt. orders. Whenever you’ll try to access those blocked sites, you will get a notice like:
However, you might also have noticed that if you try Hard Refreshing your browser (Ctrl+F5) for 4-5 times, the website may work for a while but not for so long.“Your requested URL has been blocked as per the directions received from Department of Telecommunications, Government of India. Please contact administrator for more information.
So,
I am going to tell you a universal way to avoid this problem
First of all you need to dowload a small software :)

Then open the software and check the first option in the list of preferred

Now open any banned sites
